Ibtissem Sendi Social entrepreneur Founder of CBS-Capacity Building Space Tunisian social entrepreneur Ibtissem Sendi is the founder and Director of CBS Capacity Building Space, a training center dedicated to capacity building, green entrepreneurship, and sustainable development. With over 10 years of experience, she supports young people, women, and entrepreneurs in designing and implementing innovative and inclusive projects. An expert in inclusion and diversity, she works on programs led by GIZ and collaborates with major international organizations such as UNDP, USAID, Expertise France, and INCO Academy. Her commitment and impact have earned her numerous distinctions: she was named Woman Builder of Africa of Tomorrow 2025, won the Green Skills Award 2025, ranked among the Top Women of Innovative Africa 2026, and honored twice by the Tunisian Ministry of Women. Convinced that sustainable development requires inclusion, Ibtissem Sendi works every day for a more equitable and high-impact future for Africa.
