Françoise BUKASA KANGUDIA is a young mining engineer (Master's level) and entrepreneur, founder of ON FLEECK France Beauty, a company based in Mbuji-Mayi. With her strong experience in management and a spirit of innovation, she develops hygiene solutions tailored to the needs of Congolese households. She is currently leading the France Clean project, a new range of locally manufactured cleaning products incubated within ON FLEECK France Beauty. Through this initiative, she aims to promote quality products accessible to the greatest number while showcasing local know-how. Her goal is to finalize the brand's launch, industrialize production, create employment opportunities, especially for women, and contribute to promoting "Made in Congo." Determined and visionary, she is working to build a sustainable company capable of meeting the growing demand for hygiene and cleaning products in Kasaï-Oriental and beyond. The France Clean project is a new range of cleaning products and liquid soaps developed by ON FLEECK France Beauty in Mbuji-Mayi. The project addresses a growing need for effective, accessible, locally made cleaning products that meet hygiene and quality standards. Our vision is to make France Clean a benchmark brand of "Made in Congo" by progressively offering a complete product line for households, businesses, and SMEs. Through this initiative, we aim to create jobs, particularly for women, contribute to their economic empowerment in Kasaï-Oriental, and reduce dependence on imported products. France Clean combines quality, accessibility, and commitment to promote healthier communities and a cleaner environment.
