Biography / Commitment

A Tunisian entrepreneur, founder and CEO of Be The Boss Academy (BTBA) and NEXARA CONSULTING. Holding degrees from IHEC Carthage, Paris Dauphine, CNAM Paris, and the University of Bordeaux, she combines extensive experience as a senior executive in multinational corporations with a proven entrepreneurial track record through MHW Company, which operates in coworking, food distribution, and local specialty products. Convinced that entrepreneurship can be learned from childhood, she founded Be The Boss Academy — the first trilingual EdTech platform (French-Arabic-English) that teaches entrepreneurship to children aged 8 to 16 through games, real-world missions, and a culturally rooted narrative universe. BTBA has already been field-validated through three in-person editions before its digital deployment. Be The Boss Academy is the first gamified entrepreneurial education platform in the Arab and African world, designed for children aged 8 to 16. Trilingual in French, English, and Arabic, it offers two age-appropriate tracks, Junior Boss and Tech Founder, through progressive modules combining videos, quizzes, field missions, and concrete deliverables. Driven by a unique narrative universe centered on the character of Mima Hafsa — a grandmother who upholds ethical values — BTBA transforms every child into a genuine project leader, ultimately earning them a documented portfolio, recognized certificates, and their first real sales experiences. Incubated within NEXARA CONSULTING, the platform is currently deployed in Tunisia and aims for rapid expansion into the Maghreb, French-speaking Africa, and the Gulf countries.
